This would be an OC of mine, Jesús "Rat" Iglesias.
Rat is lycanthropic, a werewolf typically for the Mortal Instruments universe. The unusual coloration of his eyelid is due to an unfortunate circumstance his pack ran into when he was small. His father was the current Alpha, and Rat, six years old at the time, was held for ransom. When it did not arrive on time, they had placed silver coins over his eyes, simply as a motivation of sorts for ransom pay to roll in faster. The result left Rat blinded for the rest of his life.
I'm not sure why I'm uploading this. Primarily bordem, I assume. It isn't incredibally well done, but, c'est la vie. I enjoyed making it.
This makes me long for a tablet, pixel art with a track pad is...bothersome. As HELL.
